Description

Greenish-brown wool garrison cap. Red cord outlines brim. On proper right embroidered in red, white, blue, and gold, Veterans of Foreign Wars logo, sewn-on patch in red, reads "LIFE MEMBER". Embroidered in gold: "V.F.W. 5559" Proper left embroidered in gold: "DEPARTMENT JR. VICE COMMANDER / 1966-67 / ALASKA". Inside has black leather band, gold rayon lining. Tag on proper left (white with black print) has "'7' / LOT & PRICE". Stamped on inside of band behind tag is "AUG 4 1966".
