Red fabric musical note bordered in black. Red portion consists of high pile looped material, sewn to black felt backing w/ filler between for raised effect. Bulbous portion of note are letters "JHS" in black. Back is black felt with red seam outline where it connects to front. White round maker's logo indecipherable except for letters "__AMPBELL"
