Popeye character toy hand puppet. Plastic molded head with blue cap and corncob pipe. Red nylon (?) bow and ribbon around neck. Printed blue cotton puppet body and arms. White felt four finger hands. White bias tape hem binding. Metal staples fasten head to puppet body. Inscription on Label: Front: "Popeye/ Copyright King Features Syndicate Inc."
