Description

Wooden, crate-type box. Rough, unfinished insides. Joined with nails. Both long sides read: 'LOADED SHOT SHELLS / Western (in script) / WORLD ARMS AMMUNITION / MADE IN U.S.A." In center is trademark, red rhombus with "Western" (in script) & U.S. PAT. OFF." "Western" and trademark are red, all other lettering black. Both short ends read "500 28G. 2 1/2 IN. / Western (in script) / XPERT 1 3/4 - 5/8 - 6C / X816C". Stamped both short ends in proper left top corner "AA1CRC7". Handles carved into short sides " 2 1/2" x 3/4" x 3/16" located 1 1/4" from top center.
