ISSUED TO - Alaska Dept. of Fish & Game, SAY TO THE OPERATOR THIS IS A CREDIT CARD CALL, CARD NUMBER - 586-3392-K-492, THEN PLACE YOUR CALL. CALL BY NUMBER FOR FASTER SERVICE". Below line border printed ACS / FORM DEC 64 520 REPLACED 1929CC 520, Nov 63, WHICH IS OBSOLETE". Middle has picture of Alaska. Proper left edge has "Signature" in fine print. Back printed "THIS CARD IS ISSUED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND IS AUTHORIZED FOR THE SERVICES LISTED BELOW, VALID FOR LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS, VALID FOR TELEGRAMS FILED WITH 1929 COMMUNICATIONS GROUP (ACS) OFFICES IN ALASKA.
